In Venezuela there are 300,000 schizophrenics, in addition to mental illnesses related. What represents more than 1% of the population in Venezuela; the World and in any human conglomerate.

I have studies in the UCV in Politology in two stages: (1988-1991 / 1997-2001). In the Intermediate I dedicated myself to the Gastronomy area. They were very enriching moments of study that nourished and exercised my intellect a lot. I deeply admired the most outstanding teachers (each teacher and student was a different world) and I learned academically about many things that I would not otherwise have achieved without interacting with teachers and classmates. Simply the specialization of the Knowledge and personal Interactions were very satisfactory. But this area of human knowledge was not my final vocation ... The University? I really knew this Church in Adolescence. I was renamed as an Adult (group charisma, since they do not accept the christening of children) ... but in fact it was in 1994 that I had an encounter with who is considered by many in the West (for better or for worse) as the most important of Human History: Jesus of Nazareth. There are many groups and Sects that have the same book, the same Lord, very similar Dogmas, but they really are something like "free thinkers" among them. There is no centralized dogmatic product of consensus.

Given my experience in the Gastronomy area, I feel comfortable making various types of typical drinks from different parts of Venezuela ... some of which I have known since childhood. It is a love for the country and its particular cuisine ... We only need a place with industrial kitchen and other implements ... It should be noted that the raw material is currently expensive and scarce because of the crisis that our nation is experiencing.

The Project consist to have an own place where to develop psychiatric and psychological therapeutic management: directed to people diagnosed with schizophrenia and related diseases in San Antonio de los Altos, Edo. Miranda, Venezuela Encompassing all the Greater Caracas with daily and continuous activities. For this we need economic and moral resources. People and Mental Health Professionals: counting on the support of Patients, Relatives, Friends, Volunteers and Medical Staff. And Friendly Institutions: Church, State and Private Enterprise. That they donate themselves voluntarily in favor of the rehabilitation of these patients and reinsert them as useful people and carried out vocationally, being fully accepted by the common of the Society ... San Antonio de los Altos is a small satellite city of Caracas, which has areas urbanized and many green areas. It has a temperate climate ... so it seems ideal to develop this project here, in the Municipality of Los Salias.

The treatment cannot be interrupted since in my case this condition of Schizoaffective Disorder is chronic and incurable, but controllable ...
I also need to go once a month to my psychiatrist and clinical psychologist in the city of Caracas. I am the Founder and General Coordinator of the GEMA Self-Help Group: Schizophrenic People in Maximum Harmony since February 2009.
It is important that I develop my work self-management as a key element for my autonomy, maintenance and economic Independence, which would mean Integration, Inclusion and Social Insertion...
